অ্যাপ

• কোনো ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য সংগ্রহ করা বা পাঠানো হয় না। অ্যাপ আপনার নাম, ফোন নম্বর, ইমেল, অবস্থান, পরিচিতি বা ফোনের অন্য কোনো তথ্য নেয় না, আর ইন্টারনেটে কিছু পাঠায় না।
• সব হিসাব হয় ফোনেই, সব কিছু থাকে ফোনেই। তারিখ, তিথি আর উৎসবের দিন অ্যাপ আপনার ফোনেই গণনা করে। আপনি যে শহর আর অন্য যা কিছু বাছেন, আর ‘আমার দিন’-এ পরিবারের যে দিনগুলো লেখেন, সবই কেবল আপনার ফোনে জমা থাকে।
• বিজ্ঞাপন নেই, কেনাকাটা নেই, অ্যাকাউন্ট নেই। অ্যাপে কোনো বিজ্ঞাপন নেই, অ্যাপের ভেতরে কিছু কেনার নেই, সাইন-ইন বা অ্যাকাউন্টও নেই।
• নোটিফিকেশন ফোনেই তৈরি হয়, আর ঐচ্ছিক। সকালের নোটিফিকেশন আপনার ফোনেই ঠিক করা থাকে, কোনো সার্ভার থেকে আসে না। আপনি চাইলে চালু করবেন, যে কোনো সময় বন্ধ করতে পারেন।
• মোছার মতো কিছু ডেভেলপারের কাছে নেই। অ্যাকাউন্ট নেই, তাই ডেভেলপারের কাছে আপনার কোনো তথ্য জমা থাকে না। অ্যাপ আনইনস্টল করলে ফোন থেকে তার সব তথ্য মুছে যায়।
• শুভেচ্ছা কার্ড। কার্ড ফোনেই তৈরি হয়। ফোনের শেয়ার মেনু থেকে আপনি যাঁকে পাঠান, কেবল তিনিই পান; অ্যাপ নিজে কিছু পাঠায় না।
• Apple ও Google। ফোনের সেটিংসে আপনি অনুমতি দিলে Apple বা Google অ্যাপের ক্র্যাশ ও পারফরম্যান্সের পরিসংখ্যান ডেভেলপারকে দেখাতে পারে। সেগুলো তাদের নিজেদের নীতিতে চলে, আর তাতে আপনাকে চেনার মতো কিছু থাকে না।

এই ওয়েবসাইট (ritupatra.app)

• ওয়েবসাইটটি Cloudflare-এ রাখা। যে কোনো ওয়েবসাইটের মতোই, পাতা পৌঁছে দিতে Cloudflare আপনার IP ঠিকানা আর ব্রাউজারের তথ্য ব্যবহার করে (Cloudflare-এর গোপনীয়তা নীতি)।
• কতজন পাতাগুলো দেখছেন, তা গুনতে ওয়েবসাইট Cloudflare Web Analytics ব্যবহার করে। এটি কুকি বসায় না, আপনার ব্রাউজারে কিছু জমা রাখে না, আর কোনো একজনকে আলাদা করে অনুসরণ করে না। ডেভেলপার কেবল মোট সংখ্যা দেখেন: কোন পাতা কতবার দেখা হয়েছে, কোন দেশ থেকে, কোন ধরনের ডিভাইস ও ব্রাউজারে, কোন সাইট থেকে এসে।
• ওয়েবসাইটে কোনো ফর্ম, অ্যাকাউন্ট বা বিজ্ঞাপন নেই। অ্যাপ নিজে এই ওয়েবসাইটের সঙ্গে কোনো যোগাযোগ করে না; অ্যাপের সেটিংসে এই পাতার লিংকে চাপলে পাতাটি আপনার ব্রাউজারে খোলে।

The app

• No personal data is collected or transmitted. The app does not take your name, phone number, email, location, contacts or anything else from your phone, and it sends nothing over the internet.
• Everything is computed and stored on your device. The app works out dates, tithis and festival days on your phone. The city and other settings you choose, and the family dates you add under My Days, are stored only on your phone.
• No ads, no purchases, no accounts. There are no advertisements, no in-app purchases, and no sign-in or account of any kind.
• Notifications are local and optional. The morning notification is scheduled on your phone and does not come from a server. It is off until you turn it on, and you can turn it off at any time.
• There is nothing to delete. No accounts exist, so the developer holds no data about you. Uninstalling the app removes all of its data from your phone.
• Greeting cards. Cards are made on your phone. Only the person you send one to through your phone’s share menu receives it; the app itself sends nothing.
• Apple and Google. If you allow it in your phone’s settings, Apple or Google may show the developer crash and performance statistics for the app. These are governed by their own policies and contain nothing that identifies you.

This website (ritupatra.app)

• The website is hosted on Cloudflare. As with any website, Cloudflare uses your IP address and browser details to deliver the pages (Cloudflare’s privacy policy).
• To count how many people read the pages, the website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and does not follow any one visitor. The developer sees totals only: how often each page was viewed, from which countries, on which kinds of device and browser, and from which sites people came.
• The website has no forms, accounts or ads. The app itself never contacts this website; tapping the link to this page in the app’s Settings opens it in your browser.
